The Sales and Marketing office of the Saket Group is targeted towards the 1100 Apartments project, which is targeted to be launched in a highly competitive market for affordable housing projects. The said office of Saket Group along with a “Sample Flat” has been designed by the renowned A Cube Architects.

The site and property were developed in a way that clearly showcased the vision and philosophy of Saket Group. Thus, A Cube Architects instilled a sense of personality to the whole project with their design. The property reflects a sense of “Excellent Quality” – an accolade, that will let the visitors or potential buyers develop a sense of trust on Saket Group’s genius and innovative qualities.

CS-06 Rugged Brown

The Sales and Marketing office of the Saket Group showcases a composition of a series of cuboids of various volumes with different heights as per the functions assigned to them. The entire structure is held together by a curvilinear skin that binds the cuboids and weaves, creating a double skin and landscaped courtyards to the spaces. The skin is made of Aludecor’s 4mm Wabi Sabi Series of ACPs in the shade CS-06 Rugged Brown.

The ACPs have 0.5 mm thickness and consists of top side PVDF coating and the backside has a service coating. This particular shade of ACP boasts the finish of “Corten Steel” and gives a strong and unique identity to the facade.

The beautiful facade has fenestrations of varying sizes, cut out in the ACP sheets by a CNC machine. The CNC cutting provides intricate latticework on the facade with various sizes of the official logo of Saket Group. The CNC cut logos embedded in the facade gives the visitors, a sense of brand recognition while also portraying the whole project as a brainchild of Saket Group.

The parametric tessellated facade creates an iconic visual without compromising on the light, entering its various areas. Besides, the facade reduces the heat gain in the building and ensures better energy utilization. The sheaths are designed to provide material optimization and cost economic planning, thus also reducing the wastages of material. The ACP sheets also offer the facade a unique rustic look of Corten steel – smartly and economically.
