As a part of our continuous endeavour to improve quality, the warranty on AL-45 (AD Series Only) range is now extended to 15 years. Though this is a back-to-back warranty from the Paint Manufacturer, we take pride in using PVDF coating on each AL-45 product.
PVDF coating is considered to be ideal for external surfaces, and Aludecor encourages the use of PVDF to ensure the longevity of ACP Sheets.
AL-45 ensures the retention of gloss and aesthetics for a longer period as PVDF coating is known for its properties like exceptional weathering resistance Or resistance to UV light, good moisture and fungus resistance etc. Aluminium Composite Panel is considered one of the most durable, decorative surface materials available and boasts enhanced performance properties ACPs like AL-45 are produced by sandwiching layers of aluminium foil and LDPE and fusing them together under intense heat and pressure. This also makes the ACP sheet strong and waterproof & creates a diverse range of designs to create a contemporary & economical rain screen facade.

Most of the architectural changes that Aludecor has contributed so far are majorly contributed by AL-45. Available in sizes 2400×1200 mm, 3050×1220 mm, and 3060×1220 mm having a Panel thickness of 4.00 mm along with Top Skin of 0.5 mm and Bottom Skin of 0.5 mm. AL-45 is undoubtedly the most preferred choice of Fabricators & Architects.
