All the Aludecorians celebrated the spirit of fitness on International Yoga Day that was flashed live on social media.

Yoga gurus were appointed and some interesting Asanas, such as Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, Nauka Asana, Pawan Mukta Asana, Dhanur Asana and more were practised. It was a successful event that instantly energized the stressed body and mind.
