Choosing the correct ACP finish for industrial architecture is more complex than it appears. Too glossy, and the building starts feeling commercially loud. Too matte, and expansive elevations can appear lifeless. Too decorative, and maintenance becomes difficult.

The curves, textured ACP surfaces, louvred entrance, glazing integration and subtle local material references all work together cohesively. Even the secondary labour entrance was designed with equal care so that everyone entering the campus experiences the same welcoming environment.
That philosophy elevates the project beyond façade design alone. It proves industrial architecture does not need to disappear into the background anymore. With the right material systems and architectural intent, factories can carry identity, emotion and long-term visual value and that is exactly what Universal Quartz achieved.
