The Design
Vista Tower is a commercial building at Mohali. The architect wants to create a modern building with low maintenance and classy exteriors. The combination of ACP and glazing enable the building to have its own unique identity in an otherwise corporate surrounding.

The design philosophy was that it should look like an aesthetic building, something very different from other IT MNCs campuses in India. The height of the building is 100 ft. tall.
In this building, we use Sand Series to give aesthetic look and shiny looks in the night. In this project, we used two colours of ACP Emerald sand and Hawai sand. ACP used approx. 10000 sq. ft. in the building.

The Challenge
The high rise of the building was a challenge to design and execute. Moreover, the contractors and fabricators involved in setting up the buildings are not up to the mark. Implementing a unique design is like doing major surgery.
You may have the best of tools, knowledge, and facilities available, but if you don’t have the right support team to use them. The actual implementation of the design into reality is overlooked in India which leads to disappointment for the architect
The Result
The building is a delightful example of the commercial building reflects close-to-nature, airy spaces, and earthy colors.
Mechanism:
They used Rout & Return method for installation of ACP and aluminium profile 25 X 50mm used in framing with aluminium cleats and L angles.
