Working Mechanism of the Active Guard Tunnel

A person enters the enclosure (Active Guard Tunnel), and the Motion Sensors automatically activates the 9 nozzles that have been placed strategically at the roof and both the sides. The mists start spraying disinfectant liquid that has been stored in the 50L Easy Refillable Disinfectant Tank, which is located at one exterior side of the enclosure. The mist nozzles can be programmed to spray the disinfectant liquid for a pre-programmed amount of time. Next, the person can exit the enclosure. At both, the ends of the Active Guard Tunnel are situated PVC curtains for the required opacity.

The floor is a checkerboard surface under which lies the floor drain tray. This removable tray collects the moisture droplets from the disinfectant mist.

Also, the Active Guard Tunnel features a ramp structure that will let disabled personnel get inside the enclosure very easily. The 50L Easy Refillable Disinfectant Tank has been strategically placed at the side to not increase the height of the enclosure and also to offer quick refill of the tank. A unit at the entrance of the Active Guard Tunnel has the provision for storing or dispensing Hand Sanitizer.
