The Safety Shield of AG+ Antibacterial ACP Sheet The Active Guard Tunnel has been constructed with Aludecor’s anti-bacterial AG+ Series of ACPs. The first of its kind in India, the surface of the AG+ Series of ACPs offer efficient anti-bacterial protection. It thus makes sure that no harmful microbe can reside and grow inside the enclosure as well as around the exterior surfaces. The positively charged Silver ions or AG+ attach themselves to the bacterial cell wall and works by blocking the transportation of substances that is required to let the bacterial cell sustain. The Active Guard Tunnel has been constructed with Aludecor’s 3mm anti-bacterial AG+ Series of ACP sheets. The Tunnel offers superior protection even through the anti-bacterial surface material (Aludecor’s anti-bacterial AG+ Series of ACPs), India’s first and one of a kind. The Active Guard Tunnel has 9 high-pressure nozzles that spray disinfectant liquid from three sides of the enclosure for perfect sanitisation. The Active Guard Tunnel comes with Motion Sensors that activates the device once a person steps into the enclosure. The Active Guard Tunnel contains a 50L Easy Refillable Disinfectant Tank that is located at one side of the enclosure. The Active Guard Tunnel boasts alluring LED lights to illuminate the interiors of the enclosure. The Active Guard Tunnel comes with a ramp structure that makes it easy for wheelchairs to be placed inside the enclosure. The Active Guard Tunnel is light in weight and is easily moveable. The Active Guard Tunnel comes with a floor drain pan that collects water and moisture droplets. The Active Guard Tunnel has PVC curtains at both the ends to ensure the necessary privacy. Working Mechanism of the Active Guard Tunnel A person enters the enclosure (Active Guard Tunnel), and the Motion Sensors automatically activates the 9 nozzles that have been placed strategically at the roof and both the sides. The mists start spraying disinfectant liquid that has been stored in the 50L Easy Refillable Disinfectant Tank, which is located at one exterior side of the enclosure. The mist nozzles can be programmed to spray the disinfectant liquid for a pre-programmed amount of time. Next, the person can exit the enclosure. At both, the ends of the Active Guard Tunnel are situated PVC curtains for the required opacity. The floor is a checkerboard surface under which lies the floor drain tray. This removable tray collects the moisture droplets from the disinfectant mist.
